In the result, the complaint is partly allowed. Therefore this
Forum is of the view that the complainant is entitled to the following reliefs:-
(i) That the complainant has to deliver the original Registration Certificate, Loan
clearance certificate and six unencashed cheque leaves;
(ii) the complainant is entitled for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)
towards forfeited money mentioned in the sale of the vehicle with third party namely Sampath.
(iii) The opposite parties either jointly or severally directed to pay a sum of
Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) towards compensation for the mental agony suffered
by him owing to the deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties and
(iv) Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) towards cost of his litigation within 30
days from the date of this order failing which it shall carry interest at the rate of 12% per annum
from the date of this order till the date of its realization.
