Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
On going through the affidavit filed along with this petition, we are of the opinion that the petitioner has stated sufficient reason to allow this petition.
Hence this petition is allowed and the complainant is permitted to withdraw the C.C. No. 165/2024 with a liberty to file fresh petition in the same cause of action.
