None has appeared on behalf of the complainant as well as opposite party No. 3 inspite of several calls.

Learned counsel Sh. Sunil Rawat for the opposite party Nos. 1 & 2 has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 16.12.2021 as well as dated 11.01.2022 reveal that the complainant has not appeared on the above mentioned dates inspite of several calls.

Hence, in the absence of complainant, the consumer complaint shall stand as dismissed with special costs of Rs. 10,000/- which shall be deposited towards the Consumer Legal Aid Account within 30 days from today.
