Sri Anupam Dwivedi, learned Counsel for the complainants appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the complainants.

The instant complaint has been filed before this Commission whereas admittedly learned Counsel for the complainants Sri Anupam Dwivedi submits that the instant complaint should have been filed before the District Consumer Commission.

In view of the aforesaid, the paper book of the instant complaint petition is directed to be returned by the office after keeping one copy of the complaint for the record purpose.

An application alongwith copy of this order will be placed  by the learned Counsel for the complainants before the Registrar of this Court who will act upon accordingly.

Accordingly the complaint is disposed of.

Let copy of this order be made available to the Counsel for the complainants as  per rules.
