Both the parties are present . A petition has been filed by the complainant for withdrawl of this case as because the theft vehicle in question has been recovered by the police . Complainant has also filed his aadhar card and he put his signature on the same duely identified by his lawyer and ordering the complainant as well as his lawyer has said that this case may be dismissed .
