This case record is put up today on the strength of memo filed by the parties wherein it is stated that the parties have settled their dispute out of Court and Complainant does not want to proceed further against Ops.

It is ascertained that the complainant and Op.No.1 has filed a joint memo date 05.04.2021 and prayed to close the case as the disputes have been settled amicably between there. Considering submissions of parties present, we are inclined to close the case, as amicably settled.

Accordingly case is disposed off. Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
