The learned counsel for the OPs has filed an application for dismissal/return of the present complaint. Heard.

2.            The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that in view of the Judgment Amblesh Kumar Vs Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Limited passed by Hon’ble National Commission, in which Hon’ble National Commission has defined the pecuniary jurisdiction, I withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to the complaint to file a fresh complaint/suit before the complaint Court/Commission. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

3.            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties concerned and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
