This is a prayer filed by the Appellant Sumanta Mukherjee, praying for allowing him to amend the main application of RP/21/2023 by incorporating new address of the Respondent No. 1 i.e.  M/S Taj Automobile as he has shifted to a new address as reported by the summons previously sent upon respondent No. 1 in connection with same, M/S. Taj Automobiles.

This Application is supported by an affidavit perused the case record, the endorsement of the postal department recording service of summons upon M/S. Taj Automobiles in connection with RP/21/2023 from where it transpires vide postal seal dated 20.12.2023 that address i.e. M/S. Taj Automobiles of Sripally has left.

In this background, the instant amended petition filed by the revisionist is allowed and proper adjudication of  the materials in issue in Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the amended the cause title of the RP/21/2023 as prayed for note in the reister, the Revisionist of RP/21/2023 is directed to furnish amended Revision Petition reflecting the new address of the Respondent No. 1 of the same RP/21/2023 i.e. Taj Automobiles.

Accordingly, this IA is thus disposed of.
