ORDER

The complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to replace the T.V. sold to complainant by a new bush T.V. of the same size and model. The opposite parties are further directed to pay to the complainant Rs.950/- towards the expenses incurred by him and Rs.250/- being costs of these proceedings.
