File taken up again. Five Cheques dated 13.10.2023, amounting Rs.18,432/- each drawn on Indusind Bank, have been received by Smt.Monika Behl/L.Rs No.2 wife of the complainant. She has received three Cheques, being Guardian of Minors, One Cheque being Authority Person on behalf of Poonam Behl and one Cheuqe is in her name. Her statement regarding receiving of said cheques also recorded separately. The amount has been received by Poonam Behl as per order of Hon'ble State Commission dated 05.09.2023, so the present application is disposed of and file be consigned to the record room.
