Meenakshi Kundra w/o Shri Lalit Kundra, R/o H.No.1635, Sector 18-D, Chandigarh.                                                                                                                 Complainant.

                                                Versus

1.         M/s T.K.Car Bazar, SCO No.1-A, First Floor, Cabin No.102, Sector 7-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh through its Partner/Proprietor K.S.Thakur.

2.         Sonu Maggo s/o Shri Salvinder Singh, R/o 294/8 U.E. Karnal.

                                                                                                          Opposite Parties

 Present:          Sh.Lalit Kundra, Husband/Representative of Complainant.

Sh.K.S.Thakur, Proprietor of OP No.1.

Dated, the 20th day of August, 2010.

                        ORDER

1.                     On behalf of OP No.1, Sh.K.S.Thakur, Proprietor, has joined the proceedings. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.K.S.Thakur s/o Sh.G.S.Thakur, Proprietor of OP No.1 (M/s T.K.Car Bazar).

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, form No.29 and 30, in original, and all documents required for transfer of vehicle WagorR bearing Regn.No.HR 05 S 4200, will be handed over to the complainant within 15 days from today i.e. 20.8.2010. The complainant has agreed to pay Rs.10,000/- balance money to OP No.1 on the same day on recieiving the aforesaid papers and also agreed to give form No.35 of Maruti Car to OP No.1

 

Statement of Sh.Lalit Kundra s/o Sh.Raj Kumar Kundra, Husband/Representative of complainant(Meenakshi Kundra), R/o H.No.1635, Sector 18-D, Chandigarh.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.K.S.Thakur, Proprietor of OP No.1. I will pay Rs.10,000/- and give form No.35 of Maruti Car to OP No.1 on recieivng the form No.29 and 30, in original, and all documents required for transfer of vehicle WagorR bearing Regn.No.HR 05 S 4200. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.1 would hand over to the complainant form No.29 and 30, in original, and all documents required for transfer of vehicle WagorR bearing Regn.No.HR 05 S 4200, within 15 days from today i.e. 20.8.2010 and the complainant on receiving the aforesaid papers, would pay Rs.10,000/- and give form No.35 of Maruti Car to OP No.1, on the same day. 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
