Both the parties are absent without step today. On perusal of C/R and order sheets it is seen that the complainant took several adjournments to file his evidence prior to 29/05/2019. Since 29/05/2019 till date the complainant is not appearing before the Commission and no steps what soever is taken on his behalf, which signifies the unwillingness of the complainant to proceed further with the case. He was allowed sufficient time to file case. But he fails to comply with. Hence this Commission deems it fit to DISMISS the complaint for non-prosecution. Case is DISMISSED for non-prosecution.
