Sushil Kumar Vs. Ms Suvidha Mobiles

 

Present:        Complainant in person with Sh. Sanjeev Singhal, Adv.

                     Respondents No.1 to 4 ex-parte (however, on 18.01.2021, the respondent No.4 was permitted to join further proceedings                             through Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv.).

                     Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.4.

                     Sh. Sumit Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.5.

 

                  Complainant and respondent No.4, arrived on amicable settlement. On behalf of respondent No.4, Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta Advocate suffered a separate statement, agreeing to make the payment of Rs.21,000/- (Rs. Twenty One Thousand Only) to the complainant as lump sum to the final settlement the matter, within the period 45 days from today.

                     Complainant alongwith his counsel Sh. Sanjeev Singhal, Advocate, agreed to the statement of the counsel for the respondent No.4.

               In view of the statement of the respondent No.4, without making any adverse comment, on the act and conduct of the respondent No.4 or any other respondents, being matter settled amicable, complaint is accepted against the respondent No.4 only, holding it liable, to make the payment of Rs.21,000/- (Rs. Twenty One Thousand Only) to the complainant as full and final settlement, within the period of 45 days, from today, in default of it, respondent No.4 shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum, from the date of order, till actual payment of the award amount. Complaint qua respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 is dismissed. File be consigned to the records.
