              For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Commission in Misc. Application in C.C.No.965/2021-Asha Kumar and Others Vs. Sushma Buildtech Ltd. and Others, the application filed by OPs No.1 and 2 is accepted and the complaint filed by the complainants is dismissed being not maintainable.  A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.

2.             Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
