ORDER

     An e-mail dated 08.02.2024 has been received from the complainant that he has agreed to the settlement terms offered by Sushma Developers/Group with regard to the property purchased from them and also agreed to withdraw the case filed against them. Along with the said e-mail, copy of settlement agreement dated 27.09.2023 has also been annexed, which is ordered to be taken on record as Ex.CA. In view of the contents of the e-mail, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by the terms & conditions of settlement agreement (Ex.CA).

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
