ORDER

           At the time of arguments, the matter stands settled between the parties and towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the complainant, the Opposite Parties have handed over demand draft bearing No.934236 dated 29.11.2017 for an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, which has been accepted by Sh.Vikas Jindal, complainant, who is present in Court. Photocopy of the aforesaid draft is retained on file.

                        In view of aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties, this complaint stands disposed of.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
