                   File taken up today in Pre-National Lok-Adalat on the application moved by ld. counsel for the complainant.  Amicable compromise has been effected between the parties.  Statement of both the parties have been recorded separately in this regard vide which the company is ready to replace the product with the new one of the same specifications, within 30 days, subject to deposit of old unit with the Service-Centre of the Company at Kaithal. 

                 Heard.  Since the case is amicably settled in Pre-National Lok-Adalat.  So, nothing remains more to be adjudicated.  Hence, the present complaint is disposed of being compromised.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room, after due compliance.
