Order no.  1,  dt. 09.12.2023.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Ld. Advocates of both sides are found present.

Heard and considered submission.  Both parties are also found present.  One joint verified application has been filed.  After going through the said joint verified application and as per submission of the ld. advocates of both sides the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled.  Both parties are willing to execute and register the deed of conveyance through District Commission, Hooghly by appointing Ld. Advocate Commissioner.

As both sides have agreed to settle the documents, the Ld. Judges of Lok Adalat have no reason to stand on the way.

As a result of which this case is disposed of as it has been settled between the parties.  Both sides agreed to appoint Mohana Chakraborty, Advocate for representing the District Commission, Hooghly in the matter of execution and registration of the deed of conveyance.

Parties also agreed that the complainant would not claim any compensation, all litigation cost etc. 

Let Rs. 5000/-  be fixed as fees of the Ld. Commissioner.

Both parties are directed to submit their draft copy of deed of conveyance for approval to the office of DCDRC, Hooghly immediately.

Fix   09.02.2024 for fixing compliance report by the parties and ld. advocate commissioner.  In the light of the observation made above this case is disposed of.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
