Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This case is taken up for consideration at 1.30 p.m.  No show cause has been filed by the complainant.  Complainant has not taken any steps at the above noted time.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  So this case is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.  No order is passed as to cost.
