This Execution Application u/s 27 is pending since long.  On perusal of Record it seems a Revision Petition No. 2138 of 2015 filed by opposite party is pending before Hon’ble NCDRC Sine-die as per order dated 26^th Aug., 2019.  under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as per secction 24 – Finality of Orders – Every order of a District Forum, the State Commission or the National Commission shall, if no appeal has been preferred against such order under the provisions of this Act be final.  Since Revision Petition is pending Sine-die the order under Execution Application u/s 27 of CPA 1986 is not final.  Hence present EA is Disposed Off accordingly with liberty to file fresh EA after the finality of order in accordance to law.
