O R D E R

 

S.C. KAUSHIK, MEMBER:

 

          Today the present execution application was fixed for appearance of Judgment Debtor-opposite party, but learned counsel for Decree Holders-complainant has appeared and placed on record Settlement Deed, which was executed between the Decree Holders-complainants. Further, he stated at bar that since the present matter has been settled between the parties he wants to withdraw the present execution application as directed by his clients (Decree Holders-complainants).

2.                In view of the settlement deed as well as of the facts mentioned above, present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.

5.                File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
