This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to revise the period of the SUN TV DTH Connection vide ID CR No.16595553 SMC/CDSN : 70312587895 for the period of one year stands from 28.12.2018 and  to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for rendering deficiency in service and causing mental agony with cost of proceedings to the complainant.

The complainant made an endorsement. In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.   No costs.
