Perused the complaint and the documents thereto.

The case of the complainant in brief is that the complainant had given his HCL laptop to the OP i.e the service centre of HCL company for repairing some technical problem through his brother Saikat Guha. After that the complainant on several times visited the OP, service centre but the OP refused the complainant stating that the product was not ready. On 04.09.17 the complainant wrote a letter to the OP to know the present position of the deposited item.  On 04.09.17 the OP in their letter replied that the complainant that the complainant has not collected the item within 60 days from the date of intimation.

On perused of the  above  fact of the complainant and the documents we found that  documents are not tallied with the fact of true complaint, moreover there is not a single documents to show that the complainant is the consumer.

Hence the case is not admitted and accordingly disposed of.
