ORDER

          The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the Ops are ready to pay a lump sum amount of Rs.37,605/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case within 30 from today.   The offer of the OPs is acceptable to the complainant. Both the parties have appended their respective notes on the complaint itself regarding the settlement. In view of the settlement the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.37,605/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which the OPs shall pay additional amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.     

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
