ORDER
One of the complainant Captain Gulshan Satija, his counsel and counsel for OPs wants to make statement. Statement recorded and placed on file. In view of the statement of learned counsel for OPs, complainant withdraws the complaint in view of the settlement arrived at. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised interse parties. Parties to adhere to terms & conditions of the compromise and their statement shall form a part of this order.      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

Stated that OPs are willing to settle the matter. The complainant shall pay amount of Rs.13,300/- towards full and final settlement of all outstanding Annual Amenity Charges(AAC) for the period 2008 to 2018. The OPs shall give 21 days accumulated holidays as per terms & conditions post payment of above amount by the complainant.
