        Both parties called absent.  It is seen from adjudication that it is pending for filing of proof affidavit on the side of the complainant from 9.2.2015.  From that day on words, the complainant has not come forward to file is proof affidavit, even sufficient time is given.  No other representation for the past hearings.  It clearly shows the disinterest of the complainant in the progress of the case.  Therefore there is no justification to proceed further without any progress.  Hence, this complaint is Dismissed for Default.   No Costs.
