Final Order / Judgement

     Complainant and counsel are called out present.  Counsel for opposite party Nos.1 and 2 also present and moved joint compromise petition stating that the complainant has filed this complaint against opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite party, now the complainant has withdrawn all the allegations made against opposite parties and she is ready and agreed to receive the sum of Rs.1,76,100/- from the opposite parties towards full and final settlement and also the opposite party agreed to continue the policy of the complainant provided that the complainant pays premium amount within 30.11.2020.

     The contention of the joint compromise petition read over to complainant and opposite parties they admit the same as true and correct.

     In view of the joint compromise petition is filed same is allowed in terms of compromise petition.  Accordingly the complaint is closed.
