S.C KAUSHIK, MEMBER:

          File taken up today on the Misc. Application No. 164 of 2024 filed on behalf of applicant-complainant, under Section 151 CPC for preponing the matter and for withdrawal of the present complaint.  Present application is accompanied with the affidavit of complainant (Sh. Margaret Lal).

2.      Learned counsel for applicant/appellant has appeared and stated at bar that the complainant does not wants pursue further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. 

3.      In view of the contentions of application as well as contention raised by learned counsel for applicant-complainant the present Misc. Application bearing No. 164 of 2024 stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.  Main complaint bearing No. 620 of 2018 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
