                                      Case called several times since morning. Neither anyone appeared on behalf of the complainant on the last sixteen dates of hearing nor anyone has turned up  today inspite of several calls since morning. It is already 4:15 p.m.  No more wait is justified. Hence, the complaint filed by the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
