Present:-    None for the complainant.

                   As per the report of registry, notice could not be issued to the opposite parties because correct address was not filed. Perusal of record reveals that for the last six consecutive occasions, but needful has not been done by the complainant in this regard and even on the last date of hearing last opportunity was also granted to the complainant for furnishing the correct address of opposite parties, but the present complainant has not been come forward to furnish the correct address.  Even, it has also been noticed that on several occasions complainant has not even bothered to appear either in person or through his counsel in this Commission. This shows, perhaps complainant is not interested to continue further with the present complaint, which is lingering since, 2018. we do not have any other option except to dismiss this complaint for want of prosecution. Waited sufficiently. It is already 1:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, present complainant is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
