                   Learned counsel for OP-3 has made a statement that OP-3 is ready to give Rs.7500/- against the price of old defective mobile phone on return of old mobile phone with accessories.

                   The complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by learned counsel for OP-3 and thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and withdraws it.

                   In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
