ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.8,830/- to the complainant on taking back the defective refrigerator from him. He shall further pay a cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant and bear his own. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which recovery proceedings will be initiated against him on an application being made by the complainant.
