This case coming on 30.01.2015 for hearing  counter before us in the presence of Sri J.P. Ranga and Sri S.V.R.S. Swamy, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri P.V. Ramana Prabhat, Advocate for the Opposite Party and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:
