This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling the defective product along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and deficiency of service, to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- for unfair trade practice and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards cost of the litigation expenses to the complainant.
Endorsed by the Advocate representing complainant that matter settled out of court. Consumer Complaint dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
