The Dhrs are Present through their respective ld. Advocate. Today is fixed for passing necessary order. It is evident from the record that being aggrieved with the order passed by this ld. Forum in the D.F. Case No. 94/2010, dated 31.7.2013 the present Jdr has preferred an appeal before the Hon’ble SCDRC, WB which was registered therein being No. FA/1034/2013.

The Hon’ble SCDRC, WB has been pleased to pass the final order/judgment on 07.3.2017 whereby the C. C. No. 94/2010 has been dismissed being not maintainable.

In view of the said order the present Execution Application has no legs to stand upon and it should be rejected.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Execution Application being No. 44/2013 is hereby rejected without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
