Present:       None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.35 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant and OP. 

                    From the perusal of the order sheet it is found that none is appearing on behalf of the parties for the last several hearings.  However, the case was adjourned time and again for the presence of the parties.  No evidence has been adduced by the complainant despite the complaint was filed on 09.04.2013.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
