O R D E R 

  In the result, the complaint is allowed in part directing the opposite party Nos.1 and 3 to 5 jointly and severally to pay the chit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with less amount of Rs.5,000/- towards agent commission i.e., Rs.95,000/- to the complainant along with interest @ 8% p.a. from November, 2006 till the date of realization (since the complainant herself admitted that the opposite parties have paid the interest on the chit amount till October, 2006) and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards compensation and Rs.500/- towards costs of the proceedings within one month from the date of the present order. The complaint against OP.2 is since dismissed without costs as not pressed.
