This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay bank loan of Rs.5,00,000/- with interest as on today to S.B.H., Atmakur branch and to return complainant payment of Rs.71,670/- and Rs.15,000/- and compensation of Rs.3,30,000/- for the loss of business in Agricultural season till today and Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and to pay further amount of Rs.25,000/- which they received on 13.5.2007 and Rs.25,000/- towards the expenditure incurred for processing all the formalities with OPs and bank and Rs.26,000/- towards legal opinion, stamps etc., and also to return the mortgaged documents, pass books and title deeds.   

 

          This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Sri K. Anand Rao, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and  Sri K. Pratap Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite parties  and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

                                                              O R D E R

             I.A.141/2008 filed and allowed.  Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  Complainant is permitted to file complaint afresh within a month.

  Pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 31st day of October, 2008.
