           Aggrieved by the order in C.D.S.R.No.209/2006 on the file of District Forum,

        2-1-2006   15-2-2006 9-3-2006 The complainant therefore got issued another rejoinder notice dated 27-3-2006 with similar request as a whole and filed a complaint to direct the opposite parties to execute and register the sale deed in respect of flat No.304 admeasuring 1600 sq. ft. in Ruby Block of M/s.Vensai Projects, Kompally, Hyderabad by accepting the cost of the flat at 1025/- sq. ft. totalling to Rs.16,40,000/- or alternatively award damages and compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- with interest at 12% p.a. from the date of complaint till realization together with costs.
