                                                            ORDER

 

                        The representative of OP has made statement that payment of Rs.500/- has been made to the complainant in compliance of order dated 6.8.2009 passed by this Forum and the execution cost of Rs.2000/- has also been paid to him along with goodwill waiver as mutually settled between the parties. He has placed on record Acknowledgement dated 22.3.2010 given by the complainant and a letter dated 22.3.2010 signed by the parties as a token of acceptance as full and final settlement of the complaint and execution. In view of the statement made by representative of OP and acknowledgement given by complainant & letter dated 22.3.2010 signed by the parties as a token of acceptance as full & final settlement, the present criminal complaint is dismissed as satisfied. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
