The complainant and respondents representative , the branch incharge of respondent are present. Both sides have filed a joint memo stating that, at the issuance of well wishers of both sides there has been a compromise effected between both sides in order to maintain cordial relation between both sides out of court to which both sides have agreed. Hence the complainant has not press this petition. As such the same may be dismissed withdrawn as such. The contents of the compromise petiton which is signed by both sides, are read over and complained to both sides in kannada language known them. Both sides admits the contents of the same to be true and correct. As such the same is read and recorded. Having regard to the above facts this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.<br /> No costs.
