ORDER

The complaint is allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall refund the entire amount under the Fixed Deposit Receipts along with contractual rate of interest mentioned in the Fixed Deposits i.e. 15%  per annum from the respective date of deposit till the date of maturity. Thereafter, deducting Rs.1,65,000/- interest portion whatever stated in the complaint. Thereafter the Opposite Parties shall pay interest at 8% per annum from the date of this order till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

Copy of this order as per statutory requirements, be forward to the parties and file shall be consigned to record room.
