Oral Order (As per Sri R.Lakshminarasimha Rao, Hon’ble Member)

2.         ManaVillageManasaDeviTemple,GangaTemple, Arati at Haridwar and lakshman Jhula, Shrinagar.  New Delhi`3,000/- each. 

3.       `1225/- for room no.102 towards tariff of the room and later the complainants asked the oppose party to deduct the balance amount of`550/-,`8 lakh towards compensation and costs.

6.     `2,000/- to each of the complainants besides`550/- towards reimbursement of the difference in room rent.

1)               Whether the opposite parties rendered deficient service in arranging the bus and taking steps for the smooth journey of the complainants?

2)               Whether the complainants are entitled to the sum of Rs.8 lakh towards compensation?

9.           Kashmirpackage from 11.5.2007 conducted by the opposite parties.    In other words, the grievance of the complainant is that the staff of the opposite party had not provided sufficient food, coffee etc., in time and due to the non-supply of enough food the health of the complainants was spoiled.    

10.       The District Forum has concluded that the complaints lodged by the 25 passengers of the bus and the complaint filed by the complainants was proved
