ORDER

Complaint CD/06/2003 is hereby dismissed as barred by limitation, parties to bear their own costs. The remaining 14 complaints are partly allowed. O.P.No.1 shall refund an amount of Rs.6700/- to all 13 complainants except in CD/253/2002 (Govindegowda) who is entitled for refund of Rs.5400/- only. O.P.No.1 shall refund the above mentioned amount with interest at the rate of 18% p.a from 01.08.1998 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1000/- each. The amount shall be paid within two months from the dtae of receipt of this order. All complaints are dismisdsed as against O.P.2 and 3. Keep original order in CD/240/2002 and copies in all other cases.
