AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 21.08.2024, ld.Counsel for the OPs stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP Company shall pay/transfer an amount of Rs.2,55,000/- to the complainants or in their account, within 15 days from today, failing which the company shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from today till final payment. 

          Vide separate statement, the ld. Counsel for the complainant along with complainant Neha Pathania also stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of ld. Counsel for the OPs and the complaint be disposed off accordingly in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

2]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. OP Company is directed to pay/transfer an amount of Rs.2,55,000/- to the complainants or in their account, within 15 days from 21.8.2024, failing which the OP company shall make the said payment to the complainants along with interest @9% per annum from the said date – 21.8.2024 till final payment.

3]   The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
