ORDER

          At this stage the Store Manager of Ops has tendered settlement and acknowledgement letter duly executed between the complainant and the Ops, which indicates that the complainant had agreed to withdraw the present complaint.  Since the complainant has not turned up today before this Commission, may be on account of mutual settlement between the parties, the present complaint is dismissed in view of terms and conditions of settlement and acknowledgement letter executed between the parties.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
