This case coming on 24.09.2014 for awaiting notice of Opposite Parties 1 to 3 before us in the presence of Sri M. Nooka Raju, Complainant appeared in person and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Complainant filed a memo stating that he is withdrawing the Complaint.    Hence, CC is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.
