Case called.  The learned counsel for the OP filed joint memo with authorization letter issued by the complainant in favour of his father name called M.A.Muralidharan to collect the cheque.

Heard on the joint memo.  It is stated in the joint memo that the matter is settled for an amount of Rs.6,50,000/-.  In this context, the learned counsel for the OP presented the cheque for Rs.6,50,000/- drawn in the name of the complainant.  We gone through the memo and the same is allowed.

The complainant’s father permitted to receive the said cheque issued by the OP in the name of the complainant for an amount of Rs.6,50,000/- who acknowledged the same.

Hence, this complaint is closed as fully settled.

Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
