C.C.No.8 of 2017.

Kiran Pal Versus M/s. Snapdeal & others.

Present:     Complainant in person.

                Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma, Adv. for the Op.No.1.

                Sh. Sumit Gupta, Adv. for the Op No.3.

 

                Both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded.  Ld. Counsel for the Op No.1 made statement to the effect that as per compromise, they will hand over the fresh cheque for a sum of Rs.14,999/- to the complainant within 45 days.  Statement of complainant also recorded to the effect that as per compromise, he is ready to accept the fresh cheque of Rs.14,999/- as full and final settlement with the Op No.1 and now he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. 

         In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
