Amod Kumar Mehta Vs. M/s Small and Medium Business Industries

Present :-  Complainant  in person.

  Adv. Vikas Kumar for OP along with Ashutosh Kumar Singh,       Proprietor of OP.

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP wherein complainant has agreed to waive off his claim amounting to Rs. 93,000/- against the OP in exchange of which OP is ready to send his Engineer for changing the mould of the machine purchased by the complainant from OP, from 50 ml to 60 ml and for inspection/installation of the machine. Counsel for the OP further undertakes that his engineers will stay in Bihar for two days for the satisfaction of the complainant in regard to the operation of the machine.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
